Personal Training

Work with a dedicated, certified professional personal trainer to achieve your fitness and body goals! 

 

We offer private and semi-private personal training in-home or at a private gym in Vancouver and the lower mainland. For more accessible and cost-effective options, we also provide online and hybrid personal training services.

 

All our personal training packages start with an initial consultation with a full body assessment, and include a custom training program tailored to your needs and goals. You will also receive constant support from your personal trainer via our online system. 


To complement your personal training, we strongly encourage you to incorporate a nutrition package with our registered dietitian. Read about our nutrition packages here.

 

In-Person Home or Private Gym Training

Whether you have a home gym, apartment gym facility, or even a small open space, our personal trainers can come to you. We provide all necessary fitness equipment, so anything you own would be a bonus. If you prefer, we also offer personal training services in private gym facilities in Vancouver and the lower mainland. 

Because our in-person fitness packages are flexible, fees are based on level of commitment. Choose the amount of sessions you would like to work out per week and for how many months. Monthly payment plans are available.

All In-person Personal Training include:

  • Initial Consultation & Full Body Assessment
    (body measurements, fitness & postural assessments)

  • Custom fitness training program tailored to your needs and goals

  • In-person workout sessions with a certified personal trainer

  • 24/7 online support from your personal trainer

Online Training

If you live outside of Vancouver and surrounding areas, or your busy schedule hinders you from meeting with a trainer in-person, you can still receive personal training through our online coaching program. 

 

You will receive tailored workouts designed to accommodate the equipment and space available to you. For additional support, you will have access to a smartphone app that provides videos of each exercise, progress tracking tools, and constant online communication with your personal trainer.

 

Online Personal Training includes:

  • Initial consultation through phone or video call

  • Custom fitness training program tailored to your needs and goals

  • Bi-weekly phone call check-ins from your personal trainer

  • Access to smartphone app with exercise videos and progress tracking tools

  • 24/7 online support from your personal trainer

Hybrid Training

Do you already have some experience with exercise, but struggle to maintain a

training routine? The hybrid program may be perfect for you!

 

A combination of in-person and online personal training, hybrid training is an affordable alternative to an in-person only training program. You will meet with your personal trainer once a month, while you follow a customized exercise program independently.

 

Hybrid Personal Training includes:

  • Initial consultation in-person or through phone or video call

  • 1 personal training session per month (in-home or at a private gym facility)

  • Custom fitness training program tailored to your needs and goals

  • Bi-weekly phone call check-ins from your personal trainer

  • Access to smartphone app with exercise videos and progress tracking tools

  • 24/7 online support from your personal trainer

Group Training

Enjoy working out in a group? There is nothing like working out peers to help motivate and encourage you. Join us at one of our Boot Camp sessions or Adventure Club excursions. Exercising with friends makes fitness more fun!

 

Fitness Boot Camp

Are you ready to sweat?! Our fast-paced, hour-long workouts are full of high intensity exercises designed burn calories, make you sweat and have fun. Our fitness Boot Camps are held throughout the year in different locations. Please contact us for further information on the next Boot Camp in your area.

Adventure Club

Free

At Bodies and Beyond we aim to create a supportive community for all present and past clients. We offer monthly outdoor adventures suitable for all fitness abilities and ages. Adventures include hiking, snowshoeing, rafting, and camping excursions.

The purpose of Adventure Club is for our clients to meet each other and share their stories and experiences. Family and friends are encouraged to join in on the fun!

Adventures are always within driving distance of Vancouver. Cost is only to cover travel fees and any equipment rentals (e.g. snowshoe rentals).
