We offer private and semi-private personal training in-home or at a private gym in Vancouver and the lower mainland. For more accessible and cost-effective options, we also provide online and hybrid personal training services.
All our personal training packages start with an initial consultation with a full body assessment, and include a custom training program tailored to your needs and goals. You will also receive constant support from your personal trainer via our online system.

Group Training
Enjoy working out in a group? There is nothing like working out peers to help motivate and encourage you. Join us at one of our Boot Camp sessions or Adventure Club excursions. Exercising with friends makes fitness more fun!
