Eric has been a fitness professional for more than 5 years, and through those years he has learned a lot about human anatomy and body mechanics. Having this deep understanding has helped Eric develop a style of training that is based on form and function.

Eric believes it’s important to learn the fundamentals of exercise so that we can move our bodies efficiently as possible. Learning to exercise effectively is important because on a day-to-day basis, almost everything we do requires movement.
